Notes	Lithograph features a jeepney - a flamboyant, iconic mode of transportation in the Philippines. The design was intended to showcase the Appetite for Destruction skulls of Duff, Slash and Axl, however the skull depicting that of Duff is actually the skull of Steven Adler. Note: Lithograph did not clear Philippines customs in time for sale at the Manila concert. Lithograph was returned to its shipping point of origin of China and sold alongside merchandise in Hong Kong instead.
